About teleCast – teleCast is a service provided by The SaaS Factory (https://thesaasfactory.net). Our WordPress plugin bridges your Telegram group with your website. Visitors chat through an embedded widget on your page; your team responds from Telegram. Messages flow both ways in real time. Unlike traditional live chat tools, teleCast doesn’t require your team to learn new software or stay logged into a dashboard. If your team is already using Telegram, they’re already in teleCast.

Real-time bridge — web messages appear instantly in your Telegram group; Telegram replies appear instantly in the widget.

Multilingual translation —if your visitor speaks a different language to your group, teleCast translates automatically using DeepL. Web visitors see messages in their language; your group sees messages in theirs. Supplied with English plus one other language initially. Options for more languages coming soon…

Privacy-first — the widget runs entirely in a Shadow DOM, isolated from your page’s CSS and JavaScript. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party scripts beyond teleCast itself.

Drop-in embed — one script tag and one div. Works on any website or CMS – you don’t have to be using WordPress.

Licencing – The teleCast WordPress plugin and client side Javascript are provided with the usual GPL licencing. But please note that our server code (without which these do nothing) is strictly proprietary and is not provided when you use our service.
